Through continuous improvements in quality and enhanced collaboration across departments, we aim to contribute significantly to the organization's overarching goals and ensure sustained success.The Scaled Operations Manager primarily focuses on building Ad Quality in the U.S. market, a critical element for Trust & Safety success. This central focus is supported by additional responsibilities in managing Ads Sales Support and Admin operations. Furthermore, the role includes leading Content Moderation and Annotation, and developing operations for new product launches. Effective collaboration with key stakeholders across these functions is essential to maintain a high standard of ad quality and to ensure comprehensive operational excellence.Responsibilities Manage Ad Quality operations (Both 1st party and 3rd party engagements) Manage Ad administration operations Manage content moderation and annotation operations to ensure compliance and quality. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overarching goals. Design and establish operations for new services from the ground up, including SOPs and Playbooks. Ensure the execution of high-quality, effective, and efficient operations in line with strategic initiatives. Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and contractors, ensuring resource optimization and effective workforce management. Facilitate proactive collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to drive integrated success. Requirements Minimum of 3 years in People Management within the Trust & Safety. At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, consulting, or media. Experience in cross-border management, handling teams or vendors across different time zones. Proven track record in Vendor Management with at least 3 years of experience. Demonstrable experience in Ad Quality, specifically policy enforcement. Proven ability to develop new operations from scratch and drive KPI improvements. Experience in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams for tool and system development. Capable of supervising multiple operational teams. Proficiency in English with a growth mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong operational and analytical skills. Nice to Have Experience Experience in designing policies and guidelines. Background in Content Moderation related to policy enforcement. Previous involvement with an internet publisher. Experience managing teams of 20+ members or leading company-level projects. Proven ability to innovate with technology. Business-level Japanese proficiency. Multicultural background and experience in a startup environment.
