Refurbishment Operations Lead

Tesla is seeking a Refurbishment Operations Lead to join our North America Used Cars team. This team is responsible for the $1 billion Tesla Used Vehicle business focused on the intake, refurbishment, and resale of all used Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles.

We are a team that constantly challenges the status quo to revolutionize the trade-in and used vehicle purchase experience. As a Refurbishment Operations Lead, you will be responsible for developing and championing step-change improvements to the refurbishment process, finding ways to repair vehicles more quickly and at the highest standard of quality, and managing multiple critical projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing vehicle Refurbishment quality
  • Manage key business stakeholders and execute related projects
  • Maintain the documentation that partner teams depend on for successful execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong ability to analyze medium-to-large datasets and lead complex projects
  • Experience in driving process improvements and managing change initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
