Understanding the business requirements, process and concerns of internal customers Acting as liaison between users and Data Center/Supply Chain Development staff Interpreting user requirements to create detailed specifications for solutions developed by the Supply Chain Development Team Working with development teams and users to spec, develop, test and implement solutions Managing supply chain business projects to ensure on-time completion Qualifications This position requires initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with many demands. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management and 2+ years’ of experience related to business analysis. In Addition, We Are Looking For

A proven record of effectively working with matrix teams and maintaining cohesive working relationships A solid knowledge of business analysis processes and ability to interpret user requirements for development solutions An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Windows applications. Strong communication skills, including an ability to work with varying levels of an organization Keen attention to detail This position offers the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. To take advantage of the remote work option, you must have reliable, high-speed internet and appropriate home office ergonomics. Because we value team building and collaboration, this role requires onsite work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Note: This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
