Your Role: The demand planning analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating, predicting, and strategizing resource requirements to effectively meet customer demand while optimizing costs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and Demand Analysis:

    • Utilize data insights to inform capacity adjustment recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work in tandem with production, operations, supply chain, and other departments to synchronize capacity plans with overarching business strategies.
    • Convey capacity plans and modifications to stakeholders throughout the organization.
    • Engage in cross-functional teams to tackle capacity-related challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify avenues for process enhancements related to capacity planning.
    • Stay informed on industry best practices and tools for capacity management.
    • Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at refining capacity planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics tools.

Compensation: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $79,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific skills, educational background, certifications, and location.
