Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics tools.
