- Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics tools.
