Senior Client Support Representative

What you will be doing:
- Provide client support via incoming calls, email and mail.
- Respond in a timely manner to all client inquiries.
- Handle and resolve escalated client needs.
- Facilitate the application and underwriting process for new insurance policies, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the manual renewal process of policies such as personal umbrella and liability insurance which require client outreach and new applications at each term
- Assist clients in shopping for insurance policies by obtaining quotes from multiple carriers, conducting comparisons, and recommending the most suitable options.
- Perform complex support tasks requiring a higher level of product knowledge.
- Document all client correspondence by entering into the Agency Management System.
- Handle the processing of endorsements and payments.
- Ensure that QA metrics are met regarding client satisfaction and call management.
- Maintain records according to Agency standards, ensuring that procedures are properly followed, and that information is accurately documented.
- Meet or exceed specified QA guidelines to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide subject matter expertise to Client Support Representatives
- Provide input regarding process improvement, reporting, and analysis
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
- 3+ years' experience in customer service position required.
- 2+ years' experience in Property & Casualty Insurance required.
- 1+ years' experience with personal lines insurance products required.
- Active 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 license required.
- Goal oriented with a high level of resilience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments.
- Ability to learn new systems and applications.
- Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
