This teammate is an integral partner in supporting the operating clinics for Spero Health. This teammate functions as the finance leader for Spero Health's operating clinics and acts as a strategic partner and advisor to Divisional Vice Presidents and Directors. The Division Financial Analyst will take a leadership role in the categories listed below through a strong partnership with operations leadership and the Corporate Finance team. This role is an integral player in driving successful business outcomes.

Requirements

The Division Financial Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Financial Operations Management
  • Conduct monthly financial/operations analysis and business performance reviews. Explain key drivers behind financial performance. Present analysis, insight, and action to group's leadership team.
  • Act as a business partner and thought leader with Division Vice Presidents and Directors.
  • Create annual clinic operating budgets, including Divisional roll-up.
  • Participate in various special projects, in partnership with CFO, Vice President, Finance and operations leadership, identify opportunities for operational and process improvement.
Growth Management
  • New Clinics - build new Denovo clinic models and assess performance against plan for all new Denovo and acquired clinics.
  • Growth strategy sessions - partner with Division Vice Presidents and other operations leadership to analyze, review and recommend overall divisional growth strategy.
  • Lead the bottoms-up build of 3-year operating forecast.
Leadership
  • You will be expected to interpret data, develop solutions, and effectively communicate your recommendations to senior leadership.
  • You will be expected to drive accountability to action plans committed by Divisional Vice Presidents.
  • You will be required to coach non-finance teammates on how to use Excel and Power BI tools and manage a P&L.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting

Experience:
  • Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and finance/accounting systems required.
  • Power BI experience strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint expected.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in corporate FP&A, corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or another comparable field.
Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of presenting to executive leadership.
  • Healthcare industry background a plus
