The Lead Financial Analyst position within the Pricing division of the ICS sector will be pivotal in steering strategic pricing choices for both new and existing offerings. You will be responsible for leading pricing strategies and broader financial initiatives, as well as enhancing pricing capabilities for sustained success. Your role will involve tackling complex issues, such as formulating persuasive pricing strategies that align with our target market approaches, assessing the impact of regulatory shifts, and proposing methods to navigate and leverage these changes. You will also identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance our pricing strategies based on a thorough understanding of market pricing and client requirements. Additionally, you will assist in managing the overall pricing governance to ensure effective engagement in deals.

Work Modes: Our teams are composed of high achievers who meet in person to collaborate and learn as necessary. This role is classified as hybrid, meaning you will be assigned to a Broadridge office while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pricing strategy for new products and collaborate on go-to-market initiatives with Product Management and Sales.
  • Refine current pricing models and strategies in response to evolving business conditions and competitive dynamics.
  • Drive strategic pricing and financial initiatives to assess the impact of potential regulatory and market changes, along with strategic shifts.
  • Break down complex inquiries into manageable questions, packaging findings into compelling narratives.
  • Work closely with sales leaders on intricate deals and client transactions that span various business lines, including developing strategies for client renewals and long-term planning.
  • Promote the institutionalization of pricing governance within the ICS segment, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (finance, accounting, or a related analytical field).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proven project management and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in management consulting, financial services, or financial technology is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $120,000, commensurate with experience. Compensation may vary based on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one component of the Total Package provided to reward and recognize employees for their contributions, and this role may qualify for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
  • Annual Bonus: 10%.
