Meet reporting deadlines. Create a positive work environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience as a multifamily residential property manager - 5 years. Ability to handle interpersonal situations. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to property management. Intermediate Excel skills. Must be available nights and weekends when necessary. Ability to travel.
