Our client, Managed Services IT, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist, Cloud Services to join their team MSIT is an IT technical support company that services Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. They are problem solvers, offering strategies and solutions to guarantee that systems are operating optimally. The Lead Generation Specialist, Cloud Services is responsible for driving new business growth by qualifying new leads and building relationships. This role involves generating interest, initiating contact with potential clients (including cold calling: in person visits to businesses in the target market and geographic areas), discovering their needs, and providing quality leads for the business. The Lead Generation Specialist, Cloud Services will target high-potential accounts, create pipeline opportunities, and advance leads through the beginning stages of the sales cycle.

Essential responsibilities include:

1.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistent and sustainable revenue growth within the territory.

2.Develop compelling messaging and calls-to-action targeted at specific audiences identified throughout the sales cycle.

3.Prospect B2B clients using various methods including cold calling via in person on-site visits to businesses in the target market and geographic areas. Also prospect for new clients via email campaigns, and networking to generate high-quality leads.

4.Provide customer education to inform prospective clients about products / service offering to aid to their purchasing decision.

5.Accurately and efficiently document notes from calls and on-site visits to accurately record internal communications regarding the sales process.

6.Foster and maintain relationships with new business leads and potential customers while providing best-in-class customer service.

7.Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.

8.Collaborate with the President to identify, evaluate, or target specific organizations to meet operational sales goals and initiatives.

9.Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, trends, and remain knowledgeable of industry standards, competitors, and leading client strategies.

10.Other duties and responsibilities consistent with operational goals and as needed.

Highly qualified candidates will possess most or all of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, service cloud knowledge with a technical background preferred.
  • B2B sales experience or internship preferred; experience within Managed Services or IT industry strongly preferred.
  • Reliable transportation used to drive to businesses in the target market and geographic areas for cold calling.
  • Experience with cold calling, developing email campaigns, and other outbound sales tactics a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present to potential clients clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
