Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant to join our team in a fully remote role based in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, with a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as a proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Work closely with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Oracle Cloud solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Financials applications to optimize business processes and improve financial reporting capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle Cloud Financials applications.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Financials with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
  • Participate in system testing, data validation, and go-live support during Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle Cloud Financials upgrades, customizations, and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, configuration, and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading Oracle Cloud Financials projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and integrations with other enterprise systems is a plus.
