Summary: We are seeking a proficient HRIS & Learning Management Administrator to join our HR team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining, optimizing, and integrating these systems to support our HR operations effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and data integrity. In addition, this role will take lead on the build out of the Learning Management platform as well as other projects related to the systems related to performance and compensation initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Learning Management System Administration: Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Cornerstone application to support various HR functions, including but not limited to learning management, performance management, compensation and succession planning. Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with Cornerstone support as needed, and ensure the system meets organizational needs and standards. Optimize and streamline security and permission roles as well as organization of other core system features. HRIS System Management: Administer the ADP platform including modules for payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and HR management. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with payroll and HR regulations, troubleshoot ADP system issues, and implement updates and enhancements. System Integration: Lead efforts to integrate Learning Management and HRIS systems to streamline data flows, improve process efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and maintain integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain data integrity across Learning Management and HRIS systems through regular audits, data validation processes, and security protocols. Generate and analyze reports from both systems to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to users of both Learning Management and HRIS systems, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training sessions to promote system proficiency and adoption. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, streamline workflows, and improve system functionality in both Learning Management and HRIS platforms. Recommend and implement best practices for HRIS management and utilization to optimize system capabilities. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator with specialized expertise in administering either an HRIS or learning management platform. In-depth knowledge of HR processes such as learning management, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance requirements. Strong technical proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cornerstone and ADP systems preferred. Experience with system integrations, data management, and reporting within an HRIS environment. Certifications in Cornerstone (e.g., Cornerstone Certified HR Administrator) or ADP platforms preferred. Familiarity with HR compliance regulations and best practices. Skills and Abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
