As an off-price retailer we generate more than $9B in sales through our nationwide network of stores.Our Asset Protection Project Analyst will be the primary point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors and incident escalation for Asset Protection Technology support in Stores, DC, and Corporate Locations. This individual will have a firm understanding and working knowledge of AP Technology and store development duties within a retail environment and be able to work well with the management team with the ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical staff to resolve and drive issues.A Day in the LifeReview Technical drawings, create action plans, and manage and coordinator asset protection projects.Identify, research and resolve complex technical issues and create and manage escalation procedures.Document, track, communicate and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.Ensure appropriate coverage for incident management, AP project work, and business initiatives, working with third-party vendors and supplies to achieve SLA.Coordinate plans and schedules between field and corporate partnersAnalyze incoming user and corporate requests to determine areas needing operational improvement/ development, assisting in process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology or deployment procedures in a collaborative forum.Perform planning and scheduling duties consistent with store development projects and support newly deployed hardware and software.Ensure proper communications and transparency around issues, problems, and events. Provide recommendations that could help improve the store’s AP Technology deployment, appearance, and utilization.Provide written and oral reports, project updates, and communication logs as required by AP Technology Manager.You Come WithBachelor’s Degree in a related field.5+ years of experience in a related retail environmentExperience working with Physical Security Equipment and TechnologyExperience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Come join our team.
