Will report directly to General Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Plans, oversees, and manages all facilities repair and capital improvement projects.Plans, oversees, and manages preventive maintenance of facilities, including HVAC units, electrical units, roofs, and parking lots.Plans, oversees, and manages contractor agreements/relationships for snow plowing/removal/salting along with parking lot and grounds cleaning and maintenance.Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and building codes; and as needed, obtains the required permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities.Oversees and collaborates on facilities projects with subcontractors, engineers etc. as needed. Develops and manages relationships with various subcontractors and vendors statewide. Oversees maintenance/project budgets, deadlines, paperwork, and agreements. Monitors/inspects all maintenance/repair and project progress, makes adjustments as needed. Develops the annual facilities maintenance and capital improvement project budget.Provide regular updates to General Manager, and owners as needed, on strategy, plans, adjustments, and progress.
