Our Front Desk Representatives create memorable impressions by providing a full range of hotel services and by sharing information about the resort and local area throughout a guest’s stay. Responsibilities

Checking in guests accurately and effectively in a quick, but unhurried fashion with the highest level of guest service

forward or transfer calls to expedite service. Perform cash reconciliation duties; prepare bank deposits, apply payments to accounts and deliver deposits for delivery.
