Digital Sales Engineer
to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for our advertisers. If you have hands-on experience with Google, Meta, Email, CTV/OTT, and other digital platforms, we want to hear from you
CUMULUS | Dallas-Ft. Worth
has 5 stations that have won multiple awards including the NAB Marconi, CMA Station of the Year, Personalities of the year and more. Our market leading stations include: 820 AM/93.3 FM/99.5 HD2 WBAP, 96.7/1310 THE TICKET, 570am/96.3HD2 KLIF, NEW COUNTRY 96.3 KSCS, 99.5 THE WOLF KPLX.
In addition, we reach the entire country with 404 stations across the country, a suite of digital products, amazing events and so much more. Dallas is the #1 revenue generating market for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Email, CTV/OTT, and others.
Client Consultation:
Work closely with our sales team and clients to understand their advertising needs, develop tailored strategies, and provide expert advice on best practices.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital advertising platforms, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and creative to ensure alignment and successful campaign outcomes.
Innovation:
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our digital advertising offerings.
Required Experience:
Digital Advertising Platforms:
Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Email marketing platforms, and CTV/OTT.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of digital advertising technologies and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
Industry Knowledge:
Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital advertising campaign management.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
