The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, You'll manage critical tasks such as forecasting demand, tracking renewal dates, and leading vendor negotiations. As the key liaison between service providers, manufacturers, and internal departments, you'll build strong supplier relationships and ensure efficient procurement processes, contributing directly to our operational success.

What you'll do as a Procurement Specialist

  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement vendor costs.
  • Process purchase orders to acquire IT goods and services like subscription agreements, IT software, and hardware.
  • Develop inventive and cost-effective procurement strategies, performing cost analysis and partnering with the FP&A team to improve global forecast accuracy and set benchmarks.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms while ensuring contract terms are favorable by working closely with the legal department.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal department leaders, external vendors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain and track contract renewal dates on a weekly basis, keeping information accessible and systems and documentation updated.
  • Assist with developing and managing the process for asset disposition, working with the IT team to ensure appropriate disposal of decommissioned assets and setting life-cycle process end dates on all assets.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT, executing other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same or a similar position, preferably with software licensing, data centers, and computer hardware.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft skills including negotiation, assertiveness, and initiative.
  • The ability to plan and evaluate progress toward goals and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in Sports Betting, iGaming, Fantasy Sports, or Casino industries will be considered a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 66,400.00 USD - 83,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related sills, experience, and relevant education or training.
