BrioHealth Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the procure to pay and tactical procurement process, leading the day-to-day procurement activities for the company. Your expertise will contribute to the organization's operational efficiency and overall success.

Responsibilities

Procurement:

  • Review or create purchase requisitions and identify potential suppliers if one is not specified.
  • Place purchase orders with selected suppliers. Expedite and track POs to ensure on-time or early delivery of goods and services.
  • Receive orders from multiple people in digital or physical formats.

Procurement Process Enhancement:

  • Continuously analyze and improve the procurement process for efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in procurement technology.

Supplier Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Assist in preparation of RFPs and RFQs as required with input from subject matter experts.
  • Assist in managing Supplier Agreements with key suppliers and ensure compliance with its terms and conditions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments, including engineering, finance, operations, IT, and manufacturing, to understand their procurement needs.
  • Serve as ERP superuser to ensure smooth operation of the system and up to date master data.

Other:

  • Work closely with Finance to ensure proper management of invoices.
  • Accept other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Proven track record of successful procure to pay process management preferably in the electromechanical space
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology work experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Concur is helpful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
