You will apply extensive knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete complex assignments in creative and effective ways. A comprehensive understanding of the general and technical aspects of the job is essential. You will handle assignments that require considerable judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to resolve problems and develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. You may also determine methods and procedures for new assignments and typically provide guidance to other non-exempt employees.
