Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co., Inc. is looking for a Pricing Specialist who can meticulously review quotes for applicable products or services. Responsibilities encompass analyzing costs, maintaining the CRM Quote Tool to ensure quotes can be produced accurately and efficiently, as well as providing guidance to the sales team when quoting various types of programs and services. The Pricing Specialist also audits invoices to ensure line items are billed properly.

Requirements

Pricing Specialist Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain pricing matrix/data that has been established by leadership within the CRM. Maintain line-item descriptions to ensure Sales and Billing team members understand exactly what the line item includes for billing
  • Maintain the CRM Quote Tool to ensure all price lists are set up and are accurate
  • Communicate to our 3rd party provider, enhancements to the CRM that will help the sales team quote accurately and efficiently
  • Create and maintain training materials for the CRM
  • Provide CRM training and support to the sales team
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quote process and make recommendations to management
  • Analyze client promotions and scopes of work to validate that all applicable line items are included in quotes
  • Ensure that all quotes comply with company pricing policies
  • Create and maintain billing templates which communicate to IT how to pass transactions into the billing system for invoicing
  • Audit completed invoices to ensure applicable line items are billed as intended
  • Review costs with the VP of Finance annually, or as needed to ensure proper pricing of line items
  • Annually or as needed, coordinate a review of the pricing structure
  • Attend sales meetings to ensure the CRM is up to date on all products and services offered
Pricing Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand and interpret Scopes of Work to determine if applicable line items are included in quotes
  • Proficient in using software programs such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in preparing and submitting quotations for products or services
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and pricing structures
Pricing Specialist Education and/or Experience:
  • 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent field
  • 3-5 years related experience preferred.
Pricing Specialist Shift Requirement:
  • 8am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday
