About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pricing and Claims Support Specialist. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pricing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor claims and invoices
  • Maintain and update pricing data and contracts in our P21 system
  • Generate equipment price catalogs and assist with coding on new customer accounts
  • Partner with order writers to review and correct customer invoicing and ensure cost and profit accuracy
  • Collaborate with Accounting to review direct ship invoices and ensure accurate data entry
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working with business pricing and contracts
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as ERP and Business Intelligence reporting tools
