As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.Understanding Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.Team Management: Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion by upselling additional services and solutions.Issue Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions and prevent recurrence.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations at every touchpoint.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in all client interactions and project executions.Qualifications:Proven experience in account management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Passionate about delivering exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth.
