We have the opportunity to hire a great fit for our account management team and are looking for someone with very specific characteristics. This individual will be responsible for securing, maintaining and developing referring medical offices. They will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, qualifying leads and developing relationships. As you would imagine this individual will need superior networking abilities as well as a proven ability to achieve goals and drive for results. Well-honed phone skills, a high ability to influence others and strong listening skills are all key to success in this position. Candidates need to embrace the concept of being accountable for their own actions, be self motivated and able to manage their time efficiently. They will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a drive to advance and achieve. Specific responsibilities include executing prospecting calls by phone, collecting profile data, and advancing relationships. *The position is recommended for candidates that have some relationship development experience. * A Bachelor's degree is required, however, industry experience is not. Our company ships specialty medication throughout the country. We are a Michigan based specialty pharmacy. We focus on many diseases and have built our business on our service level promises. Our goal is to continue healthy growth and to deliver the best available care to our patients. Compensation is base plus performance bonus.
