Responsibilities Facilitate all aspects of DSA inspections (Authority Having Jurisdiction).Use PROCORE construction software, establish sound workflows using project's management software / tools.Drive and influence a positive QA/QC culture on the job site.Act as a teammate and resource to project team.Identify, modify, and implement and support changes to plans and workflows as needed to meet demands of project.As safety and quality go hand-in-hand, coordinate with safety to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Preferred Qualifications LACCD and/or LAUSD project experience.A graduate of a four-year accredited college or university program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.Minimum of 10 years experience in construction total and at least 5 years as a QC Manager on similar size and type construction contracts.Compensation and Benefits$130,000 to $150,000 salary rangeThe offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company paid holidays and vacation.
