Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction, identify issues, and address concerns promptly. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients. Provide training and support to clients on using our products/services to their full potential. Customer Advocacy: Identify opportunities for client success stories, testimonials, and case studies. Foster a sense of community among clients, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Proactively address potential challenges and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Renewal Management: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful renewals and upsell opportunities. Monitor client usage and engagement to identify opportunities for account growth. Revenue Growth: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Develop strategies to actualize projected revenue, ensuring clients maximize the value of our products/services. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to contribute to the growth of the client's revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with Ecommerce and a passion for staying informed about industry trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
