This includes establishing and regularly reviewing the Company's accounting policies and procedures. Maintaining and improving internal controls and procedures. Ensuring the production of timely and accurate financial reports and information. Collaborating with the Company's external accounting firm during the year-end audit and conducting a thorough review of audit reports before final issuance. Responding to various investor requests for reports and information. Providing mentorship and fostering the development of the Company's accounting staff. The successful candidate should exhibit the following qualities: Strong financial analysis skills. Effective management and mentoring capabilities. Initiative and creativity in problem-solving. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative and team-oriented approach. Adaptability to changing circumstances. Self-motivation and a dedication to achieving goals. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Holding a CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification is highly preferred.
