Mercedes-Benz of Plano is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Development Center.

**$500 SIGN-ON BONUS***

**($250 paid after 30 days of continuous employment and the remaining $250 paid after 90 days of continuous employment)*

Good phone etiquette and excellent customer service attitude required. Excellent working environment in luxury dealership

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour to start.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am - 5pm

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Appointment setting for Service Advisors

* Logging client information into the CRM

* Running reports

* Routing calls to the appropriate department

* Follow-up phone calls after service

Required Experience:

* Customer Service/Call Center Experience a plus

* Basic computer skills required
