The college will annually review this restriction and, if appropriate, expand the list of states of employment eligibility.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist and support Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) students and faculty. Facilitate all college-related activities on-site during scheduled classes. Coordinate room arrangements and assignments for all credit, noncredit and contract courses and provide listings of room assignment to the Manager, Instructional Support Center, immediately thereafter. Assist with schedule and classroom revisions during the term. Assist college students and instructors with building entrance and room assignments by displaying appropriate signs or when necessary, by escort. Update and replace information as required. Provide instructional support to faculty as appropriate, including answering questions about Canvas and making copies of instructional materials. Disseminate and secure college audiovisual equipment stored at site. Report damage or repair to AV equipment immediately to the Manager, Instructional Support Center. Distribute all college informational materials to faculty and students as requested by the Manager, Instructional Support Center, including holiday schedules, building regulations, parking, college and school policies and changes to the regular class schedule. Refill hand sanitizer containers as needed, keep secured all personal protective equipment (PPE) and dispense as needed, and ensure faculty read the required attestation statement at the beginning of each class session. Provide timely input to Manager, Instructional Support Center, with any program or facility problems, challenges or issues. Participate in all scheduled AACC meetings related to off-site coordinators.
