Responsibilities:
  • Handle Terminations and Exit Interviews: Perform administrative tasks related to terminated employees and conduct exit interviews.
  • Manage HR Inbox: Monitor the Human Resources inbox and assign tasks within the department.
  • Audit Timesheets: Review timesheet violations and document employee acknowledgments.
  • Issue Severance Agreements: Prepare and distribute severance agreements.
  • Update Policies and Procedures: Revise and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Audit I-9 Forms: Conduct audits of I-9 forms to verify employee eligibility to work.
  • Perform Additional Audits and Tasks: Complete various other audits and tasks as required.
  • Embrace New Opportunities: Be prepared for additional exciting opportunities and expect changes in responsibilities throughout the year as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 4 year degree required preferably in Human Resources, Law, or Business
  • Hands-on knowledge of computer systems and software applications related to personnel and benefit administration
  • Understanding of principles of employee supervision, development, training and performance evaluation
  • Organize data, maintain records and prepare reports
  • Use computer systems and software packages related to personnel and benefits administration
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
