As a Senior Marketing Analyst you will work on new customer acquisition communication plans and strategies to maximize response and optimize profitability, while keeping a customer-first mindset. You will demonstrate your ability to analyze the business and assist with creating marketing strategies that focus on both customer lifecycle and segmentation to drive incremental demand. Join us in our missionThis role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in developing strategy and maintaining marketing communication plans and calendarsAct as key business owner and project manager for initiatives relating to improving overall engagement. These include efforts to improve customer experience on the website, drive integrated contact strategies with the print, digital, and other teams as assignedPropose, Design and Execute A/B tests. Communicate analysis and recommendations to business partners.Leverage SQL/SAS and/or Looker to pull data and analyze test resultsPartner with cross-functional teams (such as Credit, Compliance, Digital, Creative, etc)to align on strategy, develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaignsDevelop KPI reports for marketing efforts and complete ad hoc analysis that lead to actionable insights to drive performanceOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in marketing related fieldKnowledge of and demonstrated experience using marketing metrics, KPIs and reportingExperience conducting analysis and making recommendations across multiple data sourcesAbility to successfully lead multiple projects, priorities and schedules simultaneouslyBasic SQL and/or SAS programming skillsExperience with Excel including ability to use functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.Preferred Qualifications:A team player with initiative, work ethic, and ability to work independentlyA curious mind and a proactive nature with results-oriented mindsetAmazing attention to detail in producing high quality workAbout Fingerhut: BLST Operating Company (Bluestem Brands) is a group of FinTech, and eCommerce Retail businesses (www.bluestem.com) led by our Fingerhut and Orchard Portfolios.
