Our client has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Our client's ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality customer service, enjoys a small-office atmosphere, and is the cornerstone of communication externally and internally.

You will be the first impression of our client's company for potential clients; provide effective, thoughtful, and patient customer service to their existing and new customers. This role will be the center of employee communication at the office. The best news is that their customers are friendly and have often worked with us for years, and your potential co-workers are darn nice people

Position: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Description:

  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and greet visitors
  • Onboard new customers and update existing customer information via online database
  • Distribute client information to the proper departments (Construction, Maintenance, Nursery & Tree Sale)
  • Review client requests and follow-up on all inquiries
  • Manage the company email inbox
  • Provide support with companywide projects, as needed
  • Assist with employee communication via email, phone, in-person, etc.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
  • Willing and able to learn new computer programs (CRM, legacy company system, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Ability to switch tasks while maintaining accuracy and completing task(s) successfully
  • High degree of attention to detail

Education:
  • High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
  • Associate degree preferred
Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Onsite, in-office
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; adjusted winter hours (based on business needs)
