You will play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making, optimizing capital investments, and driving financial development within the organization. Principal Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the CAPEX planning process Collaborate with partners to gather project proposals. Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making on capital projects Assist in the preparation of the CAPEX budget and forecasts Collaborate with finance teams and project managers to capture inputs, analyze historical data, and develop accurate financial projections Supervise and report on actual spending against approved budgets, identifying and explaining variances Collaborate efficiently with other teams, including finance, operations, project management, and senior executives Engage with partners to collect project requirements, provide financial expertise, and ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives Find opportunities to streamline and improve the CAPEX planning and evaluation processes Develop and implement standard processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in financial analysis and decision-making Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in analysis (CAPEX) Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or MBA), is considered an asset Proficiency in English and French for international communications Strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to develop sophisticated models and perform sensitivity analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the strength to interpret and manipulate large datasets Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
