Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Financial Accounts Coordinator to become a vital part of our finance department.

The successful candidate will oversee all elements of financial accounts management, ensuring that all bills are processed with precision and in a timely manner.

This position plays a crucial role in fostering strong supplier relationships and contributing to our overall fiscal stability.

Primary Duties:
Handle a substantial volume of invoices on a weekly basis, guaranteeing accuracy and appropriate categorization.

Conduct 2-way and 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.

Input invoices into the financial system and ensure prompt payment processing.

Print and distribute checks, and establish ACH payments as required.

Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies swiftly.

Engage with suppliers to resolve billing issues and address inquiries.

Maintain precise supplier records and ensure adherence to company policies.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.

Prepare and record journal entries related to financial accounts transactions.

Generate and assess accounts payable aging reports to manage payment timelines.

Support internal and external audit requirements by supplying necessary documentation.

Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of financial accounts processes and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:
Associate's degree in accounting or a related discipline; bachelor's degree preferred.

Demonstrated experience as a Financial Accounts Coordinator or in a comparable role.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Ability to manage confidential information with care.
