The Financial Analyst is also responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes stakeholder including co-workers, auditors, vendors and other entities. What You Will Do Each Day In This Role: Assist in preparing forecasts and analyses on industry and general economic trends Perform financial analyses such as: analyze the company’s operating results and financial position, analyze options for company improvement on expenses, prepare product line profitability analyses Assist department managers with budgeting process including: planning, developing, preparing and maintaining company budget. Assist in forecasting accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales projections and expense projections. Process and maintain business reports from company databases Heavy use of Microsoft Excel to create and manage business report templates Position is based in our Greenwood Village area office and will work onsite with our Accounting & Finance team Required Core Competencies:

Minimum 2 years of business finance reporting experience, preferably in homebuilding or construction High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to create and manage complex financial reports in Excel College degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred Experience with Newstar software highly preferred (this is a homebuilding program) Base Salary Range $60,000 to $75,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
