Wright-Pierce, a multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join our Burlington or Marlborough, MA office. This position is responsible for the planning, design, and construction administration of drinking water source, distribution, storage, treatment projects.
Responsibilities

  • Planning, design, construction administration for drinking water source, distribution, storage and treatment projects.
  • Handling hydraulic design for pumps and piping systems.
  • Preparation of drawings and specifications for bid.
  • Technical delivery of all project requirements and deliverables; ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Production, scheduling and quality control of projects in various stages.
  • Writing technical reports, cost proposals and other key communications.
  • Teaching/mentoring junior level staff.
Essential Functions

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong attention to detail
Experience
  • 7 years of engineering experience with drinking water projects required
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams required
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam preferred
Education
  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Certifications
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
