Provides quality service through the development of relationships with facility users, program participants, community members, City employees, and numerous partner organizations. Assists in the oversight of facility and Guest Services operations to include the customer service experience of members, guests, and others utilizing the facility. Helps with reservation requests and the scheduling of internal and external bookings. Processes a variety of financial transactions and responsible for cash drawer reconciliation.
