Duties and Responsibilities Delivers prompt and professional solutions to both external and internal customer inquiries through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. Inquiries will focus on the services, programs, and activities offered by the facility, as well as the entire Parks, Recreation, and Culture Department. Welcomes and greets patrons in a timely manner, engaging and directing them, as needed. Provides quality service through the development of relationships with facility users, program participants, community members, City employees, and numerous partner organizations. Assists in the oversight of facility and Guest Services operations to include the customer service experience of members, guests, and others utilizing the facility. Helps with reservation requests and the scheduling of internal and external bookings. Processes a variety of financial transactions and responsible for cash drawer reconciliation.
