Job DetailsJob LocationNorfolk Office - Norfolk, VAThe Client Service Associate is responsible for all functions required to effectively service client accounts. This includes assisting clients with a multitude of tasks and requests, processing required paperwork, and continuous collaborative work with teammates and the Portfolio Manager(s). The CSA is the primary point of contact for all clients and is therefore expected to be readily accessible to ensure all clients receive the highest quality service. Primary ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop strong positive relationships with clients by consistently providing outstanding individualized service when onboarding new clients, opening new accounts, money movement, client communications, and reporting. Develop working relationships with custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity to achieve our operational goals.Perform daily operations, general client service, and support for the Portfolio Managers and their clients.Ensure accuracy and processing of Required Minimum Distributions Establish and maintain client data in Salesforce CRM File client documents in our document retention softwareShare in answering office phone, transfer phone calls, and route appropriate calls to team membersSpecial Projects as assignedIdeal CandidateThe Client Service Associate will have the following minimum qualifications:Productive and positive attitude Ability to learn and utilize multiple software programs Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and an ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and to build relationships with business partners and teammates.
