With direction, responsible for design deliverable requirements for the submittal process on Engineering &Construction projects, as assigned. + Assist with Quality Assurance workflow of all engineering drawing document deliverables. + As a project team member, participate in the review, analysis, design, and enhancements of current and proposed engineering document management systems and processes. + Assist in assigning Fusion P8 property data and drawing numbers according to engineering, construction, drafting, and design standards. **Qualifications** **:** **Engineering Document Coordinator I:** + Two-year degree in business, administrative assistance, computer science, or a related field; or + High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED) and 2 years of related experience in document management applications, records, or office experience. **Engineering Document Coordinator II:** + Two-year degree in business, administrative assistance, computer science, or a related field and 3 years of related experience working with document management applications or records; or + High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED) and 5 years of related experience in document management applications, records, or office experience. **Engineering Document Coordinator III:** + Two-year degree in business, administrative assistance, computer science, or a related field and 6 years of related experience working with document management applications or records; or + High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED) and 8 years of related experience in document management applications, records, or office experience. **Other Requirements:** + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Experience working with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and scanning equipment. + A valid driver’s license. + Resume required. + The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.
