Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing various engineering projects within the municipal sector. Your role will involve:

  • Leadership: Guide and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Engineering Analysis: Conduct or supervise comprehensive engineering evaluations, timelines, and technical documentation.
  • Documentation: Prepare or manage the development and revision of reports, specifications, plans, and designs relevant to the project.
  • Cost Assessment: Analyze project feasibility based on collected data and manage construction contract administration, including bid documentation and change orders.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, from initial conception to final delivery.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Construction Engineering or a related field.
  • A North Dakota Professional Engineer license or the ability to secure one within a specified timeframe.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and project management expertise.
  • A solid understanding of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with engineering software such as ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
