Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.

Be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to achieve the company's revenue goals.

Understand the market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create a winning strategy.

Build and manage a high-performing team that is motivated, skilled, and focused on delivering results. You will be responsible for hiring and training, setting clear performance expectations, and providing regular feedback and coaching.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, developing a deep understanding of your clients' business needs and pain points.

Ensure that the team is providing excellent customer service and maintaining regular communication with clients to build trust and loyalty.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including product enhancements, new markets, and partnerships.

Articulate the company's value proposition and unique selling points to these teams to help them develop compelling marketing and product strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.

Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and developments.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Experienced in devising commercial strategies and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership, stakeholder, and P&L management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
