GENERAL PURPOSE SUMMARY: Administers various delegated assignments and/or responsibilities of limited risk and moderate complexity, coordinates allocated resources, identifies and manages risk by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assists in developing of functional area’s plans, goals, objectives, budgets, and procedures. Stays abreast of pertinent federal and state regulations and interacts with compliance staff to ensure assignment components are compliant with all applicable federal and state regulations. Creates reports and presentations for all levels of management and may direct the work of others. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS and ABILITIES: Advanced word processing, database, spreadsheet software experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills required; ability to think critically, leverage business metrics, effectively manage own and other’s time and priorities and resources required; experience using project management software preferred. Ability to handle highly confidential information, frequent deadlines, and time constraints required. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING SKILLS: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
