Clinical Exercise Specialist I, II

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Exercise Specialist plays a crucial role in crafting and executing personalized exercise regimens for customer-owners. This position involves facilitating and overseeing various exercise classes and programs.
Responsibilities include monitoring, interpreting, and documenting vital signs and physiological responses during exercise sessions. The specialist collaborates closely with integrated multidisciplinary teams, divisions, and villages to address the unique needs and chronic conditions of customer-owners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related discipline (e.g., Kinesiology).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS may be required based on specialty and scope of practice.
Employee Health Requirements:
Adherence to the Employee Health procedure is a prerequisite for employment at SCF. Candidates must agree to comply with all job-related health screenings and immunizations prior to commencing employment.
Positions classified as Health Care Personnel (HCP) necessitate documentation of completed immunizations, including MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19.
