Senior - Governance & Events Management

Position Summary DarkStar seeks a professional to assist the Senior Task Manager with coordination requests. Responsibilities include scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off-site, coordinating audio/video and facility support, preparing materials, and managing post-event activities like disseminating meeting minutes. Preferred candidates will have experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and event management.

Location: Bethesda, MD FLSA Status: Regular, Full-Time Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Position Type: On-Site

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assists the Senior Task Manager processing coordination requests Supports scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site Coordinates audio/video and facility support; prepares slides, and other materials to support meetings and events, as well as supporting close-out activities including disseminating meeting minutes Processing coordination requests Scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site Preparing slides, and other materials to support meetings and events, as well as supporting close-out activities including disseminating meeting minutes Previous experience scheduling and executing meetings within the IC is preferred Previous event management experience is preferred Minimum Qualifications Top Secret/SCI Counterintelligence Polygraph BS/BA +3 years OR 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
