Responsibilities Support Toyota Dealers and Customers across your territory with captive retail, leasing and commercial programs Administer, manage and optimize the OneSource Program in your territory Cultivate relationships vertically in defined Toyota Stores Be an ambassador and first line of contact for SET Finance in the field Collaborate with field sales in creating regional incentive contests. Deliver cross department collaboration including credit, funding, commercial, collections, pricing and risk, SET, and JM&A. Requirements The ideal candidate will have three or more years of indirect automotive lending experience with a large captive auto finance company or bank. Sales experience at an automotive aftermarket company will also be considered Deep understanding of Retail Automotive Variable Operations Ability to effectively evaluate relationship opportunities and communicate plan of action Self starter that can pro-actively manage their time and tasks to optimize ROI Exceptional presentation, consulting and communications skills are non negotiable Able to network and build relationships with peers across the organization We believe strongly in associate development and promote development opportunities through other, and expanded, roles.
