Core responsibilities encompass talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

What You'll Do:

  • Align HR strategies with business goals to drive growth and innovation
  • Partner closely with leadership and management teams to understand objectives and challenges
  • Examine and interpret different types of employee reports (such as those on compensation, job levels, and attrition) to inform decision-making and offer proactive solutions for Exiger's business units.
  • Develop and implement HR solutions that enhance organizational performance
  • Oversee employee relations to foster a positive, inclusive culture
  • Work within Exiger's performance management system to track and improve employee outcomes
  • Conduct workforce and succession planning to ensure future organizational readiness
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and best practice recommendations
  • Facilitates change management and supports organizational development initiatives
  • Analyzes HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Manage employee engagement and retention programs to reduce turnover
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create and implement value-added programs focused on training, career development, mobility, and job performance improvement.
  • Assist in conducting both employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
  • Support wider T&C initiatives, including but not limited to DE&I, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition functions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
What You Need:
  • 4+ Years of work experience in HR roles, with at least 2+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a concentration in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Excel and similar tools for organizing, manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing HR data
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Skilled with handling multiple intricate issues and prioritizing projects simultaneously
What's Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience working within a high-growth global SaaS organization
  • Familiarity with Exiger's HR Tech-Stack including ADP, Absorb (LMS), CultureAmp (PMS), Greenhouse (ATS), and more
  • Applicants holding SHRM, PHR, or other HR certifications are preferred
