Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for multiple commerical (office) properties using MRI, Yardi and Skyline softwares. Preparing monthly accruals for insurance, real and personal property taxes and CAM expenses.

Degree in Accounitng a Must Experience with MRI, Yardi and or Skyline preferred
