Our client located in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the finance industry The Client Services Associate is a permanent opportunity with a fully onsite schedule. Responsibilities: Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients while maintaining a professional image. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, while managing and frequently representing the Advisors across all communication platforms. Create and maintain records, files, reports, and databases utilizing the Client Relationship Management platform. Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive advisor. Generate weekly reports; prepare cards and other mailings for signing and distribution. Complete cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required. Qualifications: Associates degree or 3+ years of administrative experience in lieu of degree required. Tech savvy individual with solid mastery of MS Office Suite for general communications, reporting, video conferencing and presentations. Manage priorities and scheduling, plus anticipate upcoming needs before they arise. A humble, servant-minded individual that thrives in a team environment.
