The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, technical support, and product information to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

This position is hybrid 1 day a week remote after 90 days. Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide technical support and product information to customers regarding mechanical equipment and HVAC systems. Assist customers with product selection, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales, technical support, and engineering teams to address and resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures. $25 - $32 an hour

This position does not include commission but has an annual bonus up to 10%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
