We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Quadrant. As a Medical Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming Patients and Visitors: Greet patients and visitors in person or over the phone, answering or referring inquiries as needed.
- Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments in person or over the phone, ensuring that patients' appointments are on schedule and provider time is optimized.
- Managing Patient Records: File and retrieve patient records, ensuring that treatment information is available and up-to-date.
- Handling Financial Transactions: Obtain, record, and update personal and financial information, as well as record and collect patient charges.
- Providing Emergency Support: Respond to emergencies and provide support to patients in distress.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of personal and financial information, protecting patients' rights.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of current Medical Call Center experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, and experience with EMR systems.
