  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments in person or over the phone, ensuring that patients' appointments are on schedule and provider time is optimized.
  • Managing Patient Records: File and retrieve patient records, ensuring that treatment information is available and up-to-date.
  • Handling Financial Transactions: Obtain, record, and update personal and financial information, as well as record and collect patient charges.
  • Providing Emergency Support: Respond to emergencies and provide support to patients in distress.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of personal and financial information, protecting patients' rights.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year of current Medical Call Center experience.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, and experience with EMR systems.
