Front Desk/Customer Care Representative

To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are currently seeking a Front Desk/Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for various internal departments, coordinating and project planning for various events (group trainings and company meetings) and presenting a favorable company image to customers who will walk in or call into Solatube. This is a stepping-stone position in the company, with advancement opportunities into Solatube's call center and various other internal departments.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares the lobby for visitors each morning including unlocking the front door and other opening procedures.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Liaison between walk in customers and showroom inside sales representatives.
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
- Locks and unlocks front and side doors.
- Coordinates office space for leadership gatherings, customer events (i.e. chamber/USGBC/community) and new employee workspaces.
- Supports Premier Dealer and Commercial Universities, general trainings and coordinates room set ups, food delivers, supplies and general cleanup.
- Responsible for ordering and purchasing restocking supplies for employee cafs, conference rooms and facilities (Costco, Amazon, etc.)
- Responsible for coordinating employee events, celebrations and annual holiday parties, quarterly employee cookouts, etc.
- Orders and distributes business/office supplies for the facility
- Answers overflow phone calls and forwards to correct point of contact.
- Distributes incoming leads in Salesforce to correct business partner.
- Handle returned merchandise (RMA's) for Solatube International.
- Administratively supports internal departments with overflow work/projects.
- Communicates effectively with peers, supervisors, management, callers, and visitors.
- Performs all related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills required.
- Courteous and professional.
- Ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
- Computer competency.
